Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Best Ball Buddy. This policy explains how refunds work.
Monthly subscription
- You can cancel anytime from the extension’s Account section or the subscription management page. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- The current billing period is non-refundable once it has started, except where required by law. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the period.
Season Pass (one-time)
- If you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund it, provided it has not been substantially used.
- After 7 days, the Season Pass is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email bestballbuddyinfo@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and we’ll take care of it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles). Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
